The traditional method of allocating water costs in multi-tenanted facilities such as apartment building & retirement villages is done by simply splitting water charges evenly across tenancies regardless of usage. This often results in issues raised through strata bodies, and is often seen as a labor intensive exercise for Strata managers.
Savant Energy will work with the community corporation & body corporate managers to read the individual meters for each tenancy, conduct the billing & collection process.
In the case where there are no individual meters installed, SEPN will work with building developers or body corporate managers to have the meters installed.
